Shanghai Ranking Workshop & Seminar
The Director of the Department of Scientific Affairs, Assist Prof. Dr. Nada Sabah Salman, and the Director of the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, Dr. Furqan Muhammad Abdullah, participated in a workshop on the Shanghai University Ranking at the University of Baghdad on Wednesday, 8/1/2025.
The workshop focused on the main themes, most notably the criteria on which the Shanghai ranking is based on in evaluating universities. The Shanghai ranking is one of the basic and advanced rankings for competition between universities.
At the end of the workshop, the attendees had the opportunity to participate in the discussion and exchange ideas, with the aim of reaching practical recommendations that contribute to raising the university’s global ranking and enhancing its competitive position at the international academic level.
