Under the patronage of the esteemed President of Al-Naji University, Prof. Dr. Munir Hameed Al-Saadi, a seminar entitled “The Guidance Guide for the Performance Evaluation File for Teachers and Employees” was held on Tuesday 11-3-2025. The seminar was moderated by Prof. Dr. Siham Kathum Namr, and dealt with explaining the basics of performance evaluation and its importance in improving the university environment.
The seminar focused on the importance of performance evaluation as a tool to improve the university environment and enhance the quality of academic and administrative work. The seminar also reviewed the guidebook on evaluation, which contributes to developing work mechanisms and raising the efficiency of university cadres.
The seminar witnessed great interaction from the attendees, who raised questions and discussions about effective evaluation mechanisms, which enriched the discussion and raised awareness of the importance of evaluation as a tool for continuous development at the university.
