Signing a twinning agreement with the Faculty of Dentistry – University of Baghdad

In a step that reflects Al-Naji University’s keenness to assume a prominent position in the academic and research arena as well as its adoption of solid and accredited curricula, the Deanship of the Faculty of Dentistry at the university, represented by its Dean, Dr. Ali Arkan, signed a twinning and joint cooperation agreement with the Deanship of the Faculty of Dentistry at Baghdad University, represented by its Dean, Prof. Dr. Raghad Abdulrazzaq Al-Hashemi.

This qualitative step comes within the framework of Al-Naji University’s continuous endeavor to strengthen the bonds of cooperation and integration with prestigious academic institutions, and open new horizons for its students and affiliates in the fields of training and scientific research, in addition to student activities and curriculum development.

On this occasion, Dr. Ali Arkan stressed that the signing of this agreement represents a starting point for the development of an ambitious scientific plan aimed at upgrading the academic performance of the College of Dentistry at Al-Naji University and ensuring the quality of its outputs. He also noted the pivotal role that the Baghdad University College of Dentistry, as a leading scientific edifice, will play in enriching the advanced scientific paths of the students of both colleges.

Dr. Arkan pointed out that this agreement will constitute a strong boost to the academic and research performance of their newly established college, by taking advantage of the distinguished expertise and capabilities of the Baghdad University College of Dentistry, which is the first in Iraq and enjoys prestigious international rankings in the specialty of dentistry.

This agreement is an important strategic step that reflects Al-Naji University’s firm commitment to raise the level of education and scientific research, and provide an academic environment that stimulates innovation and excellence, in order to serve the march of development and prosperity in our dear country.
