Under the patronage of the President of Al-Naji University, Prof. Dr. Munir Hameed Al-Saadi, the university organized a scientific seminar entitled (Vitamins and their wrong use), in which Dr. Zainab Nooruldin Aziz, an instructor at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, lectured.
The seminar shed light on a group of essential vitamins, reviewing their plant and animal sources, as well as the daily doses allowed according to medical standards, emphasizing the importance of adhering to them to avoid falling into wrong or excessive use, which may lead to undesirable side effects on human health.
The seminar concluded with a fruitful scientific discussion session, during which the attendees exchanged ideas and inquiries, adding a valuable interactive and knowledgeable dimension to the proceedings of the seminar.
